What is a PMFME Loan?

To speed up the development of the food processing industry in India the Government of India launched the Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises scheme. For the implementation of this scheme, the Government of India has set up a total budget of INR 10,000 crore for 5 years. By providing financial assistance to the food processing entrepreneurs the Government of India will increase the local products.
