Eligibility Criteria

  • Ages 18 and 21, respectively, for girls and boys who plan to get married.
  • A minimum SSC qualification is required for education. To get married, a couple must at least pass the matriculation exam.
  • The total amount of land held is limited to three acres of wetlands and no more than ten acres of dry land.
  • Families must make no more than Rs 10,000 in total income per month in rural areas and Rs 12,000 in urban areas.
  • The average monthly production of electrical construction must not exceed 300 units. The recipients cannot be the offspring of public servants.
  • Recipients are not permitted to let any member of their family receive a pension.
  • Candidates are not permitted to own any kind of four-wheeled vehicle.
  • To apply, they must be getting married for the first time.

  • The various backward classes in India can receive up to 40,000 to 1.5 lakhs of financial assistance.

  • Two construction workers will each receive Rs 40,000 as part of this scheme in exchange for marriage.
